My clients range from absolute beginners to competitive athletes. Each session is tailored to help you meet your personal goals. Most of my clients have the goal of weight loss. (And making great progress, I may  add)! Other benefits and goals can range from sport specific to overall health and fitness. I also love to help clients with posture and movement techniques which greatly enhance their goals and reduce aches, pains, and headaches.

 

My Background- My certification is with the ISSA SINCE 2000, IFA, & ETC. I have a background in dance, yoga, nutrition, and Pilates. This background gives me a unique approach to weight training and overall fitness. My workouts are fun, creative, and functional.

What to Expect- The first appointment is free. It is a simple session so we can meet in person, discuss your goals, go over a simple health history form, and do some basic assessments.

My Training Style- I use an integrated training method that is individually based upon personal physical condition and goals. My program is designed to improve physical fitness and strengthen the body's skeletal and muscular system using an integrated total-body approach in the areas of Strength, Flexibility, Endurance, & Nutrition. Integrated training focuses on bringing the body's musculature back into its natural balance while increasing strength and power. The result?

Why I Became a trainer- I became a personal trainer, because I once was overweight and I had to hire a personal trainer for help. I tried many methods to lose the weight before having to hire a trainer. Personal experience and knowledge of what anyone can achieve even if it's to be as fit as you want to be or just have generally better health, I believe and know it is possible. I have the confidence in myself and my clients that success is just an inch a way!!

Why should you train with me- Train with me and you'll only get the truth about fitness and being fit for life. No matter what your goals are. I want you to know what I know. I am very attentive to my client in achieving all around fitness, it's not just exercises. I focus on all four elements of fitness which are strength, flexibility, endurance, & most important of all NUTRITION!! I have no problem being a 24 hour trainer!! I am a Certified PERSONAL Fitness Trainer. Your goal is my goal.

My Experiences- In the 7 years of personal training and nutrition consulting, my primary focus is on total physical fitness. I've competed in several bodybuilding and fitness shows and through my knowledge and experience in competing, I've learned how quickly the body can transform. Proper nutrition and training is the key element in total body transformation. It's amazing how you can maintain your competition physique for life. It's not just about the show , it's a lifestyle you can commit to and keep.
