What I Can Do For You

Here's what to expect from personal training!!
First Session—45 min:  
You’ll discuss your fitness goals-Initial consultation- Fitness & Nutrition
You’ll find your core, learn your strengths and weaknesses and start working toward your goals.
Your sessions will include:
You will begin with a warm-up -10-minutes
I will show you a variety of new exercises- Total-body toning-30 minutes
I will show you a variety of stretching exercises- Increase flexibilty and range of motion- 5 minutes  
You’ll work out with me, your personal trainer- introducing new exercise and evaluating your nutrition -during your training session!
You’ll discover how to get the most out of each visit- variety of exercise to help tone and sculpt your body- You’ll be challenged with a total-body workout –Depending on the equipment you already have.
All you will need in an exercise ball, 5, 8, & 10 lbs hand weight!! THAT’S IT!!
**Every session- I want you to feel confident knowing you’re working out and eating smart, this will help you reach your goal faster!!
